How I will achieve my fast weight Loss
I will achieve fast weight loss by this following means
- I will use Cura Romana hCG Homeopathic spray
- I will do the part one of the diet from 29 Aug to 27 Sep 2013. The maximum advised by the Original paper by Simeons. This was amended on 20 September and I will do only 30 days due to having visitors in October 😉 )
- I will then do part 2 that basically is the consolidation of the weight. 3 weeks no starch at all and 3 weeks eating normally
- I will follow Leslie Kenton’s book The Cura Romana for consolidation.
- I will not increase my sedentary activity in these 26 days.
- I will record in this blog everything I eat and drink.
- I know the program works for me as you can read my experience with it here
- I am writing this blog to spread the word. I want this diet to help people.
- I am sure I will need to do the diet again as I have too much weight to lose and will re-start the diet for 43 days on 5 November 2013 which will finish on 17 December. Just before Christmas. If I have not reached my goad of 147 lbs I will start this program again on 15 February 2014 (8 weeks between 2 and 3 course as per Simeons Protocol) and hopefully I will need only to do 26 days 😀
Leslie Kenton has always been my favourite natural health reporter. I came across one of her books in the early 80s. Although my weight has been up and down, some of the healthy tips she has given in her books must have stuck as I have recently had a full blood analysis and everything is normal. I am 57 years old and I do not take any medication of any kind. Unfortunately I still smoke but I will address that once my weight has stabilized.
I love food, good food, I don’t eat chili or curries because I want to taste the ingredients or as I always say I want the ingredients to talk to me. I don’t like cooking but I really enjoy doing dressings, marinades and quick meals such as broiling / grilling. My main “sin” is sweets, in my negative emotional stages of my life I could be very happy not having savories and just having a full cake for lunch and dinner. I know what makes me lethargic and I know what makes me put weight on, so it is about time I put all my knowledge to work. I hope you join me in my ramblings and my journey to total health, it is never too late to start a good health program.

I am wearing my husband’s 3/4s and his t-shirt as I threw away all my “very fat clothes” before coming to Spain in November 2012.
I also have a theory, weight you have recently put on will go very fast. I actually increased my weight by 6 lbs from Aug 1 to Aug 18 when our close family was visiting. We went to restaurants to eat, at least a meal, daily.
I will prove that permanent fast weight loss is possible. We’ve been taught that fast weight loss does not work but I have been reading so many successful stories over the years. The secret is to maintain your fast weight loss by changing your eating habits by following a natural diet.
