That’s so true I was reminded in the last two weeks of the importance of fruit and vegetables as I was hardly eating and instead of maintaining my weight I was putting it on due to fluid retention. One new habit a week is a good way to change to healthy eating

Thank you for reminding me to eat more fruit. I love oranges but somehow I forget to buy them and have them at my house so I can eat them. Now that will change!

Yes fruits are so important. As I am writing this I am eating my orange 🙂 I try to eat fruit before meals as I read once that fruit digests a lot quicker that other foods. So I aim to eat it at least an hour before my meals.

Good reminder for me – I love pineapple juice rather than orange but do like to eat oranges.
Definitely one of my goals for 2014 – eating healthier and losing weight
