Increased yesterday: 0 lbs
Day 2 : Filling up day.
Despite my efforts to put weight on I didn’t. So today I had another strategy: I drank 1 bottle of wine with my lunch that was 1/2 a large pizza. I know two things that wine leads to me retaining water and wheat of the pizza would also bloat/retain water.
I also ate potatoes and pork. I normally do not eat potatoes by choice. I might eat a few french fries if I see what my husband is eating but I no longer order french fries as there is other wonderful food that tastes better and truly I don’t need french fries.
