Lost yesterday: ½ lbs
It was colder today and I still was hungry a lot. I managed perfectly well by eating the fruit earlier.
I also forgot to take the evening dose till about 23:00
Protein: fish / beef
Vegetables: Swiss Chard/ Tomatoes
Fruit: apple/orange
I felt great all day and it was a very nice and relaxing Sunday.
