Lost yesterday: 0 lbs
Still haven’t lost anything but not to worry, Dr Simeons give us the apple day if the weight is stalling but I do not think I have to do it yet.
I had my usual meals and continued eating my fruit earlier, therefore having 4 mini meals
Protein: fish /Chicken
Vegetables: Broccoli / Cucumber
Fruit: apple/orange
I do not find boring the same meals. 41 days in total seems a lot but I will get there
