Lost yesterday: ¾ lbs

Well I lost ¾ lb so I am losing again.

I had my usual meals and continued eating my fruit earlier, therefore having 4 mini meals

Protein: fish /chicken
Vegetables: Broccoli / Tomato
Fruit: apple/orange

I went shopping today to try to change the fruit but I could not get strawberries, here in Spain, they tend to have fruit in season so no strawberries. I don’t really fancy eating grapefruit so I do not have any more choice. I am very particular regarding apples and I only like red delicious but I have not been able to get them so I’ve been eating golden delicious. Of course, the oranges are delicious as they are in season and we are so near Seville. Seville oranges are considered the best in the world.

Has anybody here seen my old friend Abraham?

I thought I saw him walkin’ up over the hill,
