Another 2 lbs. If you are following these weeks yesterday I had a steak and salad.
I truly don’t know what’s happening I seem to be putting uncontrollable weight.
Today I could not do a steak day as we had people planning, so I ate:
chicken stuffed with vegetables (peppers) and some green beans and carrots.
I had some walnuts and drank again some rum with cream and strawberries, but mainly water and tea.

At least I did not put any weight yesterday. I should do a steak day today but I do not have any steak, and the shops are closed here on Sundays, so I made a prawn and leek frittata for lunch and had chicken breast and salad for dinner.

I truly cannot believe what is happening I have put 7 lbs since the 20 December this is incredible. Today’s Monday and the supermarkets are open so I bought 2 large steaks and this is my plan:
- Today: Have a steak day, another 12 oz steak and tomatoes.
- Tomorrow: Have a normal day as it is New Year’s eve and we are invited out for a meal, which I will have watching for any starch and sugar.
- 1st January: I will do another steak day and see if I go back to my last day weight.
- Thursday and Friday: I will have exactly like I had in the 500 cals diet but with larger portions of protein and some carrots.
- I might extend the three weeks low starch non sugar to another week if my weight is not normalized by this Saturday (end of week two)

Well the steak day worked I lost 4 lbs but still I am 1 lb over the weight I am allowed to be.
I will continue with my plan.
So far, at the time of writing 19:30 I had two eggs and salad for lunch and at 21:00 we are going for out New Years meal.
When I update my post it will be 2014 so I wish you a lean 2014 and that all your weight goals come true
In my New Year’s eve meal I had
- Vegetable soup (low starch vegetables)
- Pork loin parcels wrapped in bacon stuffed with prunes
- Ice cream (cheat)
I drank water most of the night except for a tiny bit of dry cava (fizzy Spanish wine)
So far so good except for:
I stayed up to 4 am watching films and drank 12 fl oz / 350 ml of Almond liquor, it was quite dry so I am hoping it did not have much sugar.
Well tomorrow I will see…

I put on 1½lbs, it was to expect with all the liquor I drank 🙁
Never mind, today is a steak day.
I had a 12 oz steak with tomatoes. Drank mate and water
I will see tomorrow… As I said I am finding this consolidation quite unsettling comparing to the last one but I think I made two mistakes: did not eat enough and enough vegetables the first 7 days.

Well I lost 1¾ lbs yesterday. No bad since I had steaks days so close together.
I had a normal consolidation day today:
Lunch: steamed fish and broccoli, cauliflower and carrots
During the day: 1 apple and 1 orange
Dinner: Chicken, grated carrots, tomatoes, leeks and celery salad with mayonnaise
I will see tomorrow… and if necessary I will have another steak day to finally correct this terrible consolidation period. In some way I am glad as it shows I am not such a saint 🙂

Well I lost 1 ½ lbs yesterday. Great my weight is normalizing on its own. I was right, I wasn’t eating enough plus a few cheats.
It is paying off my tactic of going back to the normal foods of the HCG diet until I lose the disaster I had over the Holidays.
Lunch: steamed fish and broccoli, cauliflower and carrots
During the day: 1 apple and 1 orange
Dinner: I made a lovely casserole of beef with tomatoes, grated carrots (for a change and to make the sauce thicker) the same with turnips. I also added leeks and celery. It was delicious, just how I like my beef (falling to pieces)
