My Day

Disaster, I put 3 lbs on yesterday.
I am sure it is the salt from the crisps I ate yesterday.
Never mind what it is but I must do a steak day!
I don’t have steak in and really I do not want to go to the supermarket to buy some.
I had for dinner at about 22:00 about 450g 1 lb of grilled chicken thighs and 1 large tomato as Dr Simeons says to correct if one weight goes over 2 lbs from the last HCG diet day.
Only tomorrow will tell of my success or lack of it.

News

I’ve finished yesterday a blog challenge where we had to post a post a day. I posted 31 healthy tips. During February I will concentrate in publishing my Kindle book that is overdue and will post recipes, updates and my maintenance daily as well as my last HCG diet that I will start on 15 February.
I will start providing I receive the HCG as I forgot to order it and I ordered it today. It has to go to UK and then from the UK to be forward here. The reason I am doing that because I truly don’t know the policy that the Spanish customs have regarding non EU packages. I know when it is forwarded from he UK, it will be fine.
Another change is that I will not longer publish the Quote of Day. I will publish a tip of the day that can be shared to FaceBook or Twitter and I hope you, my readers, share it 🙂
