My Weight Today 30 August 2013

I cannot believe that I have not put any weight on yesterday! 😀
I had loads to eat today because I had a lot of fattening food left and my husband is in a low fat diet due to his gallbladder stones and I hate to waste food. I must have been one of those kids that did listen to his parents when they said: “Eat up! Remember the starving kids in Africa”. I don’t feel hungry.
9:00 I got up, weighed myself and took the two sprays under my tongue before cleaning my teeth. I started working and forgot about eating till midday. Believe me, had I been hungry I would have remembered.
I played by ear all day and ate when hungry and remembered about it.
12:30 Breakfast: Scrambled eggs with heavy cream made up with 4 eggs and grated cheese.
14:30 Snack 1: I had my first ice cream cone (2 more to go)
16:30 Lunch: I had a large avocado, heart of palm (see Day 1 for explanation) and tomato salad with mayonnaise. I’ve been so full all day that I did not add tuna melva to the salad.
18:30 Snack: Another ice cream cone.
22:00 Dinner: Pork tenderloin with potatoes and peas. As I say to Peter a la English 😉
23:30 Snack: Finished the other half of my plain chocolate and almond bar.
My Day during this HCG Weight Loss Day 2
I felt great today. I continued being busy setting up this blog. I still have loads to do yet as I have to set up the plan, the protocol and the free gifts I am planning to give.
I have been reading about healthy eating and planning some future postings as well as looking for recipes to publish in the blog.

All my life I wanted to be someone else: thinner. Thinking back I cannot believe how it affected my life. As I said before, it affects me so much that I lose
