My Weight Today 31 August 2013

I put a ¼ lb yesterday. My scale only weighs in ¼ lbs so hence the odd reading. More modern scales tend to weigh in 10th of lbs. Never mind this scale has been my faithful companion since the early 2000s.
This is what I ate in my HCG Weight Loss Day 3
In the morning I had a liter of yerba mate
14:00 Lunch I had tuna in water, a cup of tomatoes, grissini and an orange – see photo below
I should’ve made sure that I had plain tray or plate before taking this photo but as I’ve said, this is a reveal all blog
20:00 Dinner: I had chicken, spinach, grissini and I had an apple.
I made sure that I drank 2 liters of water with lemon. I actually purchased fizzy water as it is so hot here and I pretend I have the unhealthy fizzy drinks I have been drinking due to the heat.
My Day
I felt great today as I had lost extra weight yesterday. I had a nice chat with my husband and we went for a short walk. It is still quite hot here weather wise. At the time of writing this I am using a fan.
I have been reading about healthy eating and planning some future postings. I have also posted some oil free dressings, ideal for HCG.

I think this quote is very appropriate for a dieting blog. I think it epitomizes what we dieters use as excuses!
