Stage 1 – 3 Weeks no sugar or starch and 3 weeks of eating everything.
Well I will not include starch or sugar for the next three weeks and then from the 19 October for 3 weeks I will eat any food and try to keep within 2 lbs from the weight on 28 September.
I weight 183 lbs on 28 September so I need to keep on the range 181 to 185 lbs.
I think the maintenance or consolidation is great because doesn’t matter how much one lost during the HCG plan, we have time to adapt to the weight and I truly believe that is better so we have 6 weeks to get used to the new weight and maintain it.
I still have 36 lbs to lose, I might be able to lose in the next 43 days of dieting that I will start on the 8th of November but realistically I will only lose 25 lbs going by the weight I lost in the past doing the diet.
