Hi, my name is Liliana and this blog is about my journey losing 55 lbs and then maintaining the weight loss by changing my eating habits. I will also include include recipes, tips and articles on healthy eating. I would like to share my favorite poem with you I believe by Linda Ellis. I’m only me. That is all I can be. No more, no less, don’t second guess. I love, I live, I laugh, I cry. I’ve wished sometimes that I could die. Some days I’m funny, others I’m not, sometimes I’m in overdrive and I can’t stop. Soya Beans and Soya Products and the Current Debate

I am surprised that Soy/ Soya is so maligned nowadays due to GM. I had a menopause drug and trouble free by taking Soya supplements and eating soya products. The current debate centers around GMO products.  It is safe as long as you buy organic soya and products from a reputable source.
