Today is day one of consolidation. I was dreaming about having fish (mixed) and I purchase it together with leeks, turnips, celery and carrots casserole pack. I also used a can of tomatoes and just let it simmer for over half an hour
I made this dish with my trusted scan pan. I type of paella without the rice.
In the evening I made a trusted Fittata see my recipe HERE

Today I had the other half of the fish and for lunch I had avocado and salad (the avocado being my protein)
I don’t feel hungry at all and continue eating as I am hungry.
My weight did not change yesterday.

Oops put 1 Lb on yesterday
I continue having protein (at least 200g) of chicken, beef or fish and then eggs, avocado salad for my other protein for the day.

Lost ½ lb yesterday. I suppose the weight will be up and down.
I have loads of protein and vegetables. I also have loads of oil and everything is tasty. It is quite a change as I was a sweet person but now I love the savory concoctions I made 🙂
Remember you can have all the HCG recipes but frying and at least double the quantity of meat.

Lost ½ lb yesterday. Back to normal.
I really am eating loads and I feel great. This consolidation is so much easier than I thought. I’ve read once that you have to have vegetables up to carrot starch content. So anything over the 0.3 of starch in vegetables should be left alone.
If you think there are so many vegetables with hardly any starch.
I feel with so much energy and it is so easy.

I still eats loads and I find all of this so easy to do. Just say no to sugar and starch for 3 weeks 🙂

It is quite interesting how the weight goes up and down on its own. As long as it is within 2 lb of the weight it is fine.
I am still eating lovely tasty food. I am not missing sweets at all hence I am not looking for stevia baking.
