My Weight Today 26 October 2013

Increased yesterday: 1½ lbs
I had an easy day today. I put 1.5 lbs yesterday and I am convinced because I had fruits and dried fruits and no protein
Today I had chicken and vegetables for lunch.
I had mozzarella salad in the evening, two yogurts and some cake made with ground almonds instead of flour so to keep away from wheat
It rained here all day, that’s unusual in itself. It was a dark day today and of course tomorrow it will be darker earlier as we are changing the hour tonight and putting an hour back.
I feel great and obviously eating what I want works. I kept easily within the two lbs except for two days ago when I had prawns and chocolateJ
Today is the start of the 5th week then another week and on the 9th November I start my diet again for 43 days. I am truly looking forward to it as I am in between weight and do not have much clothes that fit and I don’t want to buy anything new.
Tomorrow I think will be a colder day so I will wear jeans (being wearing 3/4s from June!)
