Lost yesterday: 1 lbs
For some reason I keep forgetting to take the evening dose. The plan was to take the morning at 9 am and evening at 9 pm, perhaps I will need to use some sort of alarm.
I found this stage as easy as before. No hungry except when the weather changed.
I had my usual meals and continued eating my fruit earlier, therefore having 4 mini meals
Protein: fish / chicken
Vegetables: Broccoli/ Tomatoes
Fruit: apple/orange
I seem to be settled with my vegetables: choice of Swiss chard, broccoli, tomatoes, cucumber and Onion (when I remember to roast it for the evening meal)
