Lost yesterday: ½lbs
Well my weight loss continues really well.
I had my usual meals and continued eating my fruit between meals and well before each protein meal
Protein: fish /beef
Vegetables: Swish Chard / Cucumber
Fruit: apple/orange
I had a normal Saturday, relaxing watching films and no hungry at all. Sometimes I even forget to eat.
