Lost yesterday: 3 ¾ lbs
Well it was to expect a large weigh loss as I put the 5 lbs so fast so it could not be fat but just water. Although I think that all that glucose will affect my final result.
Protein: fish /beef
Vegetables: Broccoli / Onion
Fruit: apple/orange
I feel great like last Sunday did not happen. What amazes me is that, even if I had so much glucose, I am not hungry at all. Before August if I tested something sweet I could not stop eating more sweets.
