Increased yesterday: 1 lbs
Today is my day one of the 500 calories diet
I achieved the planned weight gain!
I started my usual 100 g fish for lunch (I will do this everyday) and 100 g of chicken or beef and altering the vegetables.
I had an apple and orange (lunch/dinner)
I had Swiss chard for lunch 2 cups and 1 cup tomato for dinner.
