Today I got up quite late so my lunch and dinner were late to follow
This is what I ate in my HCG Weight Loss Day 4
09:30 Breakfast: Just had my 1 Lt of yerba mate as usual.
11:30 I ate one grissini.
15:30 Lunch: I had a new fish that I purchased yesterday with Pota that translates as cuttlefish. It is a white fish therefore allowed by Simeons. I had a cup of radishes with just lemon and apple vinegar quick dressing. I had my usual orange as sweet.
17:30 I ate the other grissini.
20:00 Dinner: Some steak I purchased yesterday. I cut it quite small and I stir “fried” with water and asparagus. I had an apple.
My Day
I felt great today as I had lost extra weight yesterday. I had a nice chat with my husband and we went for a short walk. It is still quite hot here weather wise. At the time of writing this I am using a fan.
I have been reading about healthy eating and planning some future postings. I have also posted some oil free dressings, ideal for HCG.
