Lost yesterday: ¾lbs
It was yet another easy HCG diet day for me, as usual not hungry at all
Protein: fish/beef (I had beef two consecutive days to compensate for the two days chicken)
Vegetables: Swiss chard/cucumbers
Fruit: apple and orange.
The water and the mate as usual.
I had my meals on time and I feel great. I am not taking any vitamins this time around.
