Lost yesterday: ¼lbs
I had an easy day again. Here the weather started to change, it has been too nice for November. I really prefer colder weather, so I am welcoming them.
The only change I made, after remembering the advice I’ve heard before to eat fruit ½ before the meal or 2 hours later. I ate my apple at least an hour before my midday meal and the same for the orange and my evening meal.
Protein: fish/beef casserole
Vegetables: Swiss chard/cucumbers
Fruit: apple and orange.
The water and the mate as usual.
I was busy yesterday with our business and the day passed so quickly. This time around I don’t think about food at all!
