This is my frittata.
I always start the same way:
- 6 eggs
- some heavy cream
- Sofrito Basically my sofrito consists of onions, garlic and some herbs and fry in the same oil any vegetable that I might add to the frittata
- Vegetables
- Protein such as cheese or seafood.
I always beat the eggs with heavy cream and with some Vegetable Boullion and then to this mixture I add the sofrito, vegetables and protein.
I use a 9 inch flan case and bake in the over at 195°C 375°F for about 25 minutes
